Altitude: 1600m

Producer:

Mr. Wang (Mt. Ali’s Tea Factory)

 

Fermentation: Full / Light

Toasted: Light


Procedure:

Produced by special “cold brew” technique, the tea can be brewed easily and fast in cold water. Fresh, convenient, and cool!

 


Brews: 2-3 times / each teabag

Best Before: 6 months (unopened)

Storage: Cool and dry place

 


Brew Methods:

(1)Cold: 1 teabag per 600cc bottle and shake it really hard, then chilled, tastes better.

(2)Hot: 1 teabag per cup for 10-20 seconds. (100°C hot water, cup with lid will be better)

 


Mr. Xie, Vice-President of R.O.C.(Taiwan), visited Mt. Ali and drank this tea. He was so impressed about the special floral fragrance and beautiful taste of the tea; that he named it “ The Dew of Mountain Ali”.

 

After then, the reputation of both teas spread quickly, becoming well-known across the world, as “Golden Sunshine”-the two most famous teas of Mountain Ali.

Forever Spring


 

Name: 

Forever Spring GreenOolong Tea

Origin: 

Mingjian Township, Taiwan

 


Altitude: 400-600m

Producer: 

Mr.Xu (Hong-Yi Tea Factory)

 

Fermentation: light, green oolong tea

Toasted: Light

 


 Brew Method:

*Very Important–This tea should be made in a small teapot, 150 to 250 cc maximum.

0.

Warm up the teapot with hot water (preparing pot for tea making). Then empty out water.

1.

Put the tea into teapot (about 1/4 full of the teapot)

2.

Put in 100°C hot water and wait only for 5seconds, then pour out water.

(we call it “wake the tea up”)

3.

Fill up teapot with100°C hot water, wait for 20 seconds, then pour all the tea (without leaves) into the serving pot. Smell and enjoy the special fragrances of the tea :>

(The tea smells like beautiful orchid flowers)

4.

2nd brew wait for 20secends only, then add 5 seconds of brewing time for each subsequent brew.

5.

You can read books, enjoy dessert, or meditate while drinking the tea.

Mr Jiang, President of R.O.C. (Taiwan), visited Mingjian Township in 1975 and drank this tea. He was very impressed by the hard-working tea farmers and the good weather that enabled them to grow good quality green-oolong tea the whole year around. 

 

This reminded him of the ancient Chinese proverb in  "Book of Songs" which states only the great pine tree and the cypress tree stay green during a severe cold winter.Thus he named this tea  "Forever Green".

Golden Sunshine

Origin: Mountain Ali, Taiwan
Altitude: 1500m

Producer:

Mr. Chen (Shi-Yang Tea Factory)

Fermentation: light, green oolong tea

Toasted: Light

 


Brew Method:

*Very Important–This tea should be made in a small teapot, 150 to 250 cc maximum.

 

0.

Warm up the teapot with hot water (preparing pot for tea making). Then empty out water.

1.

Put the tea into teapot (about 1/4 full of the teapot)

2.

Put in 100°C hot water and wait only for 5 seconds, then pour out water.

This high-mountain oolong tea is produced from the tea gardens located at an altitude of over 1000 meters and its major producing area is Mount Ali in Chiayi county. “Golden Sunshine” is one of the best blends of high-mountain tea trees.

 

It is well-known for its black-green appearance, sweet taste, refined aroma, milky and floral fragrances, which last through many brews etc.

Lishan Tea


Name: Lishan High Mountain Green Oolong Tea

Altitude: 2000-2600m

Producer:

Mr. Du (HGT,TW)

 

Fermentation: light, green oolong tea

Toasted: Light

 


Brew Method:

*Very Important–This tea should be made in a small teapot, 150 to 250 cc maximum.

Put the tea into teapot (about 1/4 full of the teapot)

2.

Put in 100°C hot water and wait only for 5 seconds, then pour out water.

(It has a special high altitude cool floral fragrance)

Because of the cold and humid weather, and the heavy mountain clouds in the morning and evening, the tea gets a shorter average sunshine period. Thus, the tea has great characteristics, such as black-green appearance, sweet taste, refined aroma and lasts through many brews.

 

The Lishan Tea is produced from the tea gardens located at an altitude of over 2000 meters and is commonly called the best high-mountain oolong tea in Taiwan, or even world-wide.

Toasted: Heavy

 


Brew Method:

*Very Important–This tea should be made in a small teapot, 150 to 250 cc maximum.

Put the tea into teapot (about 1/4 full of the teapot)

2.

Put in 100°C hot water and wait only for 3 seconds, then pour out water.

(we call it “wake the tea up”)

Fill up teapot with 100°C hot water, wait for 30 seconds, then pour all the tea (without leaves) into the serving pot. Smell and enjoy the special fragrances of the tea :>

(The tea smells like burning charcoal and coffee, very warm and powerful.)

4.

It was originally produced in the mountain regions in Luku of Nantou county. Tungding Oolong, being the most historical and mysterious tea of Taiwan, is unique for its ball-rolling processing, tea leaves are so tight that they look like little balls.

 

The appearance is deep green. The brew color is bright golden-yellow. The aroma is strong. The mellow and complex taste usually lasts very long on the tongue and throat after drinking the tea.

Altitude: 800~1600m

Brew Method:

*Very Important–This tea should be made in a small teapot, 150 to 250 cc maximum.

Warm up the teapot with hot water (preparing pot for tea making). Then empty out water.

1.

Put the tea into teapot (about 1/4 full of the teapot)

2.

Put in 100°C hot water and wait only for 3 seconds, then pour out water.

(we call it “wake the tea up”)

3.

Fill up teapot with 100°C hot water, wait for 35 seconds, then pour all the tea (without leaves) into the serving pot. Smell and enjoy the special fragrances of the tea :>

(The tea has unusual plum, Chinese herbs, coffee and chocolate aromas)

4.

2nd brew wait for 20 secends only, then add 5 seconds of brewing time for each subsequent brew.

Tzen oolong tea was invented by professor Jason T.C. Tzen in NCHU. The tea is treasured for its soothing taste and health benefits, owing to its content of ghrelin receptor agonists, teaghrelins (TG) and was highly appreciated by Taiwan’s government.

 

It’s not only healthy and tasty, but also warm with non-caffeine. Lets have a cup of Tzen Oolong and be relaxed:>

This tea is famous for its special honey and ripe fruit aroma due to the fermentation process. There is a legend that the Queen of U.K. highly appreciated the tea and named it “Oriental Beauty”.

 

The more leaf-tips there are, the more qualities they have. It is the most special and famous tea in Taiwan. There are two versions of the tea, ball type and curl type.

This good quality black tea is made around Sun-Moon lake which is located in Yuchih, Puli of Nantou county. In 1999 the TRES institute in Taiwan developed the new cultivar-TTES No. 18.

 

The tea is famous as it smells like cinnamon and fresh mint, and with its beautiful ruby tea color, it is popular among consumers all over the world.
